ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS

Planner Access - $325 Unlimited advice and guidance from your planner (already included in Partial Planning, Design, and Full Planning Packages)
Assembling of decor (welcome bags, centerpieces, etc) - $225 (Up to 4 hours of labor)
Extra one-on-one meetings - $50 per hour/meeting
Design meeting - $75 per hour/meeting
Extra hours on-site day of - $90/hour per coordinator/assistant (Over 10 original hours)
Decor return after wedding (floral vases, gifts, rentals, etc.) - $130
Extra coordinator assistant(s) (required for guest counts over 200) - $500
Multiple Venues - Extra Assistant required $500 (Ex: Church ceremony and separate reception venue)
Venue Sourcing - $540
Travel Fees- Venues more than 25 miles away from RARE office (Denver):
